Factory Overview

Sofir boasts a fully equipped warehousing facility, covering a total area of approximately 60,000 square meters with a total investment of about 250 million yuan. The company has an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons, including a storage capacity of 30,000 tons for lubricants and 10,000 tons for coolants, as well as a grease production capacity of 3,000 tons. These extensive storage facilities effectively meet the diverse market demands for automotive lubricants. The company has comprehensively implemented the ISO9001 quality management system, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and ISO14001 environmental management system certification throughout its production processes. Additionally, Sofir has been recognized multiple times as one of China's Top 10 Prestigious and High-Quality Automotive Lubricant Brands, a Model Enterprise for Integrity and Credibility, and a Consumer-Satisfactory Unit. It has also been honored by the national authorities as an Innovative Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise.
Currently, our product portfolio includes more than 1,000 varieties, organized into two major product systems: automotive lubricants and industrial lubricants. These products are strategically positioned across three key industries—industrial, agricultural, and service sectors—and cover a wide range of offerings, including passenger car oils, construction machinery oils, industrial oils, agricultural machinery oils, greases, commercial vehicle oils, motorcycle oils, automotive care products, and antifreeze/coolant fluids—all backed by guaranteed quality.
Equipped with industry-leading digital and intelligent production equipment, we provide robust hardware support for manufacturing. Our Siemens 1500 series PLC-based intelligent blending system and fully automated filling production lines feature process designs and equipment that exceed industry standards. We boast a total of 8 of the most advanced automatic filling production lines in the industry. These lines achieve an automation rate of over 95%, with each line capable of producing up to 1,200 barrels per hour—driving efficiency and output through "smart" innovation.
Currently, the company's products have reached 256 cities across China, with more than 500 distributors nationwide. We have established strategic partnerships with numerous domestic automakers, including Tai'an Heavy-Duty Vehicle Wuyue, Tai'an Aerospace Special Vehicles, FAW Group of China, Dongfeng Group, and Qingdao Qingchai. Internationally, we have set up overseas branches in countries such as Lagos, Africa; Russia; Kazakhstan; Laos; and Cambodia, exporting products worth up to $25 million. The group’s strategic approach is to manufacture in China while targeting global markets for sales.
